This program is designed to build your confidence in Writing, Speaking, Listening and Reading English in Business Contexts.

You will increase your vocabulary and practise using Business English in everyday business situations:

•   .     Face to face conversation activities, 
•   .     In meetings, 
•   .     Presentations, 
•   .     Negotiations 
•   .     Participating in simulated meetings and role-plays, 
•   .     Discussing case studies.

You will also develop your Business English skills by writing:

•   .     Business letters
•   .     E-mails
•   .     Memos
•   .     Proposals
•   .     Reports
•   .     Advertisement
•   .     Notice
•   .     Other written documents.

Some class activities you may do include examining cross-cultural business practices.

Course Details

1.     Classes offer participants topics and activities related to business and aimed at improving overall speaking and listening fluency.

2.     Learner-centred and task-based activities allow participants to contribute their expertise and collaborate with fellow students under the direction of experienced language teachers.

3.     Classes focus on providing language support and opportunities for practice through group activities, role-plays, discussion and presentations and feature simulated meetings, negotiations and case-studies.
